Feed The Resistance: 4th of July!

As we head into the long, holiday weekend, I wanted to cook up something with an “All-American” feel to it, so it’s the Firecracker Hot Dog!  It’s hot dog, with a little hot-sauce slathered on it while it’s grilled, and then another hot sauce on top when it’s served.  Well, not just hot sauce, but also Blue Cheese, Celery, Red Onion, and Carrots!  And it’s delicious!

To pair with the dog – Dee went with the All-American Busch Light Lime, witch worked perfectly.  It slightly cut the heat of all that sauce, but didn’t take away from the flavor, in fact it nicely complimented the flavor of the hot dog.
