Feed The Resistance: In celebration of 4/20 – Chocolate Chip Cookies are paired with “Hemptails Citrus Gold”

April 20 (4/20) fell on a Wednesday this year, but we kept the party going right up through Friday morning.  In celebration of 4/20, I road-tripped to Rockford on Wednesday…and did some baking when I got home.  I’m not much of a baker, and I’ve got no experience at all working with the ingredient that I (may have) picked up in Rockford, but I thought it would be fun to try!  I searched the web for something fun to make, and in the end found a recipe for amazingly good chocolate chip cookies!

While I don’t think either Dee or I would recommend this particular Malt Beverage to pair with the cookies, after a couple of cookies…who cares?
