O.K. it’s not really “BRAIN” Stew…or even technically a “STEW.”  It’s a chilled soup…that’s good for your brain…Strawberry Gazpacho!  Really, it’s good for your brain – I did my research, I Googled it!

The idea of a “Brain Stew” (or soup that’s good for your brain) came from the Green Day song “Brain Stew” – and since Green Day plays American Family Field tomorrow night, I thought this would be a good time to make this.  So, in honor of Green Day, I present my version of Brain Stew…
