Feed The Resistance: Christmas Cookies!

The Holiday season is upon us once again, and the best part of the Holidays is…THE COOKIES!  A couple of years ago, Food & Wine magazine published a list of the most popular Christmas cookies in each state.  Here in Wisconsin, that cookie is the Peanut Butter Blossom!  If you’re like me, and you have no idea of what a Peanut Butter Blossom is – I’m sure you’ll recognize the actual cookie – it’s the peanut butter cookie with the Hershey’s Kiss in the middle!  So, I went directly to the Hershey’s website to find the most authentic recipe that I could.  To pair with the best Christmas Cookie in the world, Dee grabbed a great Christmas beer – from Shiner it’s Holiday Cheer!
