Feed The Resistance: Inspired By Song!

Lots of stuff coming together this week!  This week is World Music Therapy Week, tomorrow (Saturday) is Record Store Day, and with Dee out today, I brought in Dennis Graham from Rockonsin to tell us all about the only state-wide youth garage-band competition in the nation!  Putting all of that together – the theme of the day is “Inspired by Song!”  In particular, I was inspired by the songs of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and I made a Chili Crisp Shrimp Scampi!

While Dee wasn’t able to join us – she did leave us with a beer, that also fit nicely into the theme…and paired really well with the Shrimp Scampi.  From Surly Brewing Company – the “Mosh Pit Hazy IPA”
