Feed The Resistance: Kimchi Mac & Cheese

In celebration of June Dairy Month – I wanted to do something with CHEESE!  So this week I made some Mac & Cheese, with a little twist.  That twist is Kimchi…and Squash.  I found the recipe for Kimchi & Squash Mac and Cheese in bon appétit magazine.

Dee’s pairing for the dish is Voodoo Ranger’s Juicy Haze IPA – and while the pairing didn’t work great, both the beer and the mac and cheese were excellent on their own.
