Feed The Resistance: Madison Marathon!

The Madison Marathon is this Sunday, and to get ready for it, I thought we should do a little carbo-loading.  So…it’s a pasta-feed today!  But not just pasta, fish is also really good for endurance athletes – helping with fat loss, improved lung performance, heart health, muscle recovery, and more.  With that in mind, today’s dish is Pasta with Swordfish and Cherry Tomato Sauce!  This is a dish that I found in Bon Appétit magazine several years ago.

To pair with the pasta and swordfish – Dee brought in Everyday Warrior IPA from Raised Grain Brewing Company in Waukesha.  It’s a West-Coast style IPA with a dry finish that worked perfectly to compliment both the fish and the spice in the pasta dish!
