Feed The Resistance: Political Casserole!

You might remember when Tim Walz became a nominee for Vice-President, social media was full of memes poking fun at his nice-guy image.  Along with all those memes, there was also a recipe going around for “Tim Walz’s Casserole” – it’s a cheesy casserole with lots of brats…and that’s what I made today!  To pair with the cheesy, brat-filled casserole, Dee brought in an Oktoberfest from Hofbrau, which had a nice, comforting feel…just like a good Midwestern casserole!
