Feed The Resistance: Tater-Tot Casserole with Fat Tire Ale!

With the cold weather setting in, my thoughts this week turned to COMFORT FOOD!  Is there a better comfort food than a Tater Tot Casserole?  I think not!  I found this particular recipe for Tater Tot Casserole on the Food & Wine Magazine site – it calls for pork sausage, spinach, cream, cheese, and of course tater tots, and it all combines to make one delicious meal!

Dee paired the new Fat Tire Ale with the casserole and it worked perfectly!  Fat Tire Ale is also this week’s Tap That beer of the week!
