Feed The Resistance: World Central Kitchen!
With the two recent hurricanes in the south, I wanted to take a little time to point out the work of World Central Kitchen – a great organization that goes into areas that are being impacted by natural disasters and humanitarian crisis, and feeds the people. A World Central Kitchen cookbook was released a few years ago, with tons of great recipes from the chefs that work with the organization. From that cookbook, I made Eric’s Piri-Piri Shrimp over Coconut Grits...and served it with Dee’s pairing of Carry The G Cream Ale from Gathering Place Brewing Company.
