Feed The Resistance: Butter Chicken is paired with “Keep’er Movin'” beer from Ale Asylum!

Twin sisters Michelle and Melissa from the band Macedo were recent guests on “The Resistance Disrupter Series” with Miranda.  Once again, the conversation turned to FOOD!  So for this episode of Feed The Resistance, I tried to recreate the Butter Chicken dish that they mentioned…and they even sent me the recipe!

It took quite a bit longer to make this dish than what it says at the top of the recipe…and truthfully, I didn’t really like it when I ate it on Thursday night.  BUT…the Friday morning leftovers (after sitting in the sauce overnight) were pretty damned good.  And it paired especially well with the “Keep’er Movin'” beer that Dee brought in.

Warning – if you’re gonna try this one out, there are probably a few ingredients that might be new to you, and you’ll probably have to do a little searching to find them.
